Poor little police officer (Played by Lillian Caine) after the last balloon pop the powder/gas sent her into dream land. As she wakes up after her unwanted nap, she finds herself stripped down to her pantyhose and hogtied! She also still has the big ball gag stuck in her mouth. As she starts to struggle, her captor (played by Fayth of Fayth on Fire fame) begins to torment her. She pokes and prods the helpless cop. Even goes so far as to rip her hose. Lillian has to endure tickling and having cigarette smoke blown in her face. These torments go on for what seems like forever and then the villain once again shows up with a balloon, Lillian panics as she knows whats about to happen and it of course does!When next we see our intrepid little cop she is being pushed, dragged and shoved towards a swimming pool. The villain teases her as she drags her around the pool. Always threatening to throw her in. The language barrier being what it is Lillian does not need to speak english to understand whats about to happen. But after a full lap around the pool the villain shoves poor Lillian into the pool! The sexy cop struggles to not sink. The villain jumps in and begins to drag her around in the water. She periodically dunks her for fun. After a bit, Lillian is dragged out of the pool, only to be tossed right back in. Finally, the plan having succeeded, the villain paid, she leaves poor Lillian in the pool to figure out how to get herself loose.
