THE RULES: 1. 13 holds are listed on the game board. 2. Start timer at 10 minutes. Attacker applies holds in any order to victim, who will offer no resistance. After a submission, attacker enters a checkmark on the board next to the hold used. Timer is stopped after victim submits to all 13 holds. 3. If victim attempts to escape from a hold it will count as a submission. 4. If attacker is unable to achieve submissions to all 13 holds within the time limit, the victim wins. 5. Holds must be applied properly and without additions/combinations.6. In case of accidental KO, credit for submission is given and clock is paused until victim is ready to continue.
